Thanks so much for checking out The Mad Magpie! I’m Emily, and this is the little space I’ve carved out to share thoughts, experiences, and resources with fellow aspiring and emerging writers.

I just finished my MFA in fiction at New York University, where I had the honor of being a Goldwater Writing Fellow and the editor-in-chief of Washington Square.

I received my BS in marketing and international business from the NYU Stern School of Business. I am also a musician, a vegetarian foodie, and a freelance photographer.
